Summer is just starting to kick in, and summer is the most popular season for weddings! And of course, you probably shouldn’t show up to any weddings empty handed. Sometimes newlyweds can be hard to shop for, especially if they don’t have a gift registry. But there are certain gifts that you really can’t go wrong with. Of course there are practical wedding presents, like blenders or tea cups, but how many kitchen appliances can a new couple really use?
When you don’t know what to bring as a gift to a wedding, the key is to appeal to the bride. Certain gifts can be both decorative and useful, and these are the best! Decorations are always great to brighten up the home, but being able to find a use for it is like hitting two birds with one stone. Trinket boxes are a perfect example of practical decorations!
This trinket box, and many others, would look beautiful on a nightstand or dresser top. They’re so intricately made, and the attention to detail is amazing. For example, this particular pumpkin coach trinket box is adorned with Swarovski crystals and high polished enamel, with a 24k gold plated trim. The thing about this particular trinket box is that it’s the perfect size for storing a wedding ring. It can hold a 6mm wide, size 11 wedding band, and the pumpkin opens on a hinge and has an inset magnetic closure to keep the trinket box shut securely. Sometimes when cleaning around the house, or swimming, or exercising, people like to take off their wedding ring to make sure it’s not damaged or lost. This trinket box provides a perfect safekeeping spot for your wedding ring.
I love this red one! It’s similar to the golden pumpkin trinket box, but with different details.
Here is what the trinket box looks like with the lid open.
A popular style of wedding is the beach wedding. Echomerx carries some trinket boxes that would go perfectly with a beach theme, such as the following.
If there’s no specific theme to the wedding, there are certain trinket boxes that can go with any style. For example, these swan and butterfly ones are feminine and gorgeous!
Other than holding wedding rings, these trinket boxes can be used to keep anything small and delicate safe. They are sturdy and beautiful at the same time, and are easy to use as well. Echomerx has a huge selection of trinket boxes, and I’ve only pictured a small fraction of them. For the full selection, click here!
Good luck finding a gift, and have fun at the wedding!

Aww, what beautiful gift ideas! It’s funny, I am a bride-to-be (getting married in Oct!) and it didn’t even occur to me that some people might not have wedding registries these days. I guess because it’s so easy to do now and there are so many different ways to register. Personally, I chose the online route and used MyRegistry.com…I registered for all of my gifts without leaving my couch. I actually have been looking for a pretty trinket box, and really like the scallop one! I’m going to add that to my wish list now
